Love the Poof team, so responsive, for example if I call about an item they take the time to call me back. Other sales teams don’t. That’s great customer service. Their employees are so nice, they actually look you in the eyes and listen, wow. There is so much more I can say but all their kindness and fairness is what gets me excited to go to their sales events. They have a solid brand.
