I cannot recommend Poof! strongly enough. I live out of state, so it was crucial that I had full trust in the estate company I selected. I found them to be organized, honest, transparent, and communicative from the moment we met until after the cleanup process was complete. Allison was always available over text or phone and was extremely responsive to my many questions. I was feeling overwhelmed with a house packed full of things after my dad died. I did not trust anyone other than Allison, Peggy, and their team to thoughtfully organize the collections and sell items in the way that resulted in the highest profit. Allison and Peggy worked with knowledgeable experts to sell select items in advance to the sale when they determined it would be more profitable to do so and ultimately worked with a trusted partner to clear out the entire house so it was ready for sale.
